Default Ati Cog Setup Is Here Part 2

After I got home from a class this morning I was greeted by a nice brown box, my mom said something about rubber things, she had already opened it.....

I saw that they were some nice COG belts........very exciting to say the least, these pulleys are quality, can't wait to get them on.........

Pictures should be in this link w/the fuel stuff.....

Nice. You better not order porno cuz you would get in trouble.

I couldn't keep up with that other thread, what is the current status of folk's cars? Are the cogs fitting okay or are folks using spacers?

Sounds like Clint would benefit from Sikora's brace if he's still throwing belts.

Are they on yet? lol Mine should be here later today or tomorrow. I sent emails and left voice mails on the injectors, I'll let ya know what I hear. Hurry up and get those cogs on, I want to see how much boost we will make around our neck of the woods.

I'll hopefully get them on at the end of the week, I'm having Sikora install them, but he is in the process of moving right now, so we will see what happens, I will keep you updated as things happen.........

Keep me updated with the injector situation........

Good Stuff Glad you got yours, I can't wait to see if the Sikora's come up with a different way to get them spaced. Definately take lots of pics of what they do, and give details. Too bad they haven't made that bracket support for us LS1 ATI guys other than you, a lot of us need one.
DO me a huge favor when getting the tensioner mounted on the bracket, take a pic of that, I want to see how far it sits away from the bracket(want to know if lee machined yours different)

Got the race gas today, should be going to the dyno either tomorrow or Thursday.

is it just me or is the blower cog "thinner"?

if that isn't the case , can someone ask lee if he can make cogs that are not too thick ( take as much space as the belt pulley or a bit more), so you don't need to space the blower any.

Yep intake manifold gaskets, when I rebuilt the engine I didn't get new intake manifold gaskets and I fear that I have a small vacuum leak on one of them from one being too old or nicked. I think that it didn't seal right.
