I haven't been on this site for too long but I've read many post in this section about the S/C's...Bob at BruteSpped definitely knows the sysytems inside and out!! You can always call Pro Charger direct as well, they are based in Lenexa, KS...I've called them on a few occasions and they have been very helpful as well.

$7,053.12 with the (what I recommend because of belt slip) Aster bracket and the front mount intercooler, with the fuel pump and injectors deleted. You will need a complete new fuel system, such as what Nate at Nasty Performance offers. You can run an F-1A on a 346 if you're looking for boost. A 383 with an F-1A is a very good combination. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks. Bob

Bob this price is with the F-1A, front mount IC, Aster bracket, big red race valve, ati dampner? All that is needed is the fuel system upgrades, gauges, plugs, and tune? Awesome price if so!!!!! If not please clarify what the price includes

ProCharger does not offer the D-1SC for the 98-02 F Body as a complete system with a tune. ProCharger offers the D-1SC in what is called a "tuner" kit. A "tuner" kit does not include a fuel pump, does not include fuel injectors and does not include the harmonic balancer or crank pinning kit. All of these items are required to install the D-1SC 8 rib ProCharger tuner kit. What is included here is all of the necessary items except for the tune.

What is included:

ATI 1GJ204-SCI D-1SC Serpentine Race Kit
60lb Fuel Injectors
FAST 307032 Fuel Pump
ATI Performance Products 918853 Harmonic Balancer
ATI ProCharger Crank Pinning Kit
NGK TR6 pn#4177 spark plugs

The F-1A head unit, front mount intercooler assembly, race valve and the Aster bracket are upscale options over the above base kit. You are correct on the added requirements, except for the spark plugs, as they are included. Thanks! Bob

Bob's D-1SC is the way to go. Just had a comment/question about it though...

In the pictures of the Injectors/Pump/Balancer/Pinning Kit setup (best value btw) on BruteSpeed, it shows what i guess is the intake plenum on top where the lid usually is. What is the difference in this setup and setup in the very first picture on the following link:

Taubr Unit's setup just looks alot cleaner in my opinion.

Thanks, when you see the plenum on top that is because of the twin intercoolers. With the ProCharger optional front mount intercooler the end result looks more like the pic you linked it to. Bob
