Default Which Plugs?

Hey guys, just looking for some info.
Im setting up a procharged Lt1, and ive got a set of TR6, TR65, and TR55 plugs laying around. Im looking at 5-6 pounds of boost, what would you recomend i run?

Yup, TR6's for that boost level. If you jump up to mid teens some day then i think the BR7fs is pretty widely used for those levels.

What boost level are TR6s good to assuming good IATs?

I agree with above posts. I would say once you hit mid teens you should go a second step colder. I run a TR7 at 15lbs

I would urge you to consider having something like this built if cutting into the bumper is your primary concern.



Better than the stock bumper and allows for A2A intercooler mounting. An air to air intercooler would suit your needs MUCH better than an air to water one at those boost levels. The vast majority of people with FI will never see the levels needed to justify an A2W setup.

But for the price and easy of space/instal, a small a2w will work for me just fine without having to do that.
