Default Manley rod strength?

I was wondering if anybody has experience with these rods? I have a forged 370 with the Manley I beam rods and ARP2000 bolts. The Lingenfelter website only rates them to 750hp but I would think they would handle more than that. I want to push my truck into the 750-775rwhp range and I don't want anything coming apart. Thanks

Here is a link to rods I have.

You will be fine with your goals. Those things will go 1000hp no problem.

Good to know. I found the same rod on SDPC's website and they list them as billet rods and rate them to 1200hp. Now I'm confused on what I have in this thing?

Here are both links with the same part number but two totally diferent ratings. Are the rods I have actually billet?

Right under that is says: Estimate only, horsepower range is affected by rpm, stroke and piston weight please consult your engine builder.
They rated them at 8,500 RPM, the rating at 7,000 RPM would be much higher.
I would also check out the Callies I Beam billets, those are very nice for the money.

Whats up Kris. Chad has all of us questioning our rods now doesn't he. I bit the bullet and upgraded mine before the now motor goes back together. Mine will be a completely new motor now with the rod change. Callies only rated there H beams for 750-800 which I was probably already there. With the better heads and the Turbo over the Procharger thing should make some good numbers this year.

I asked Chad about your rods when he pulled his motor apart. He said that you were already selling them. LOL Your car should fly when you get it back together.

The guy I bought the engine off of didn't tell me that I had the billet rods so its awesome to find out that I have a $1,500 set of rods in my 370. I definitely got an awesome deal on this motor. My motor should be good for 1,000hp+ if the Mahle pistons can take it. I don't want more than 750-800hp anyway but its good to know that it will handle it.

I wish I could go back and trade you rods. Hopefully you can get it back together and go even faster.
