QMP Formula Meets Its' End Tonight.....

Anyway, short and sweet (at least for me...):
Put the new SPEC Stage 5 clutch in today, bolted on the ET Streets, and strapped it back down to the dyno. Boost was set at 13.5lbs. I had 93 octane pump gas in the car, and topped the tank off with Turbo Blue (it took almost exactly 10 gallons to fill it up). No C16 this time....drum is empty. Straight Methanol with the same settings as before.
RWHP: 775 @ 4900 (it was still making 725rwhp @ 6000)
RWTQ: 865 @ 4400 (it was still making 640rwtq @ 6000)
*It reaches 700rwhp at 4400rpm's....talk about one flat HP curve!
A/F Ratio: 11.0:1 @ 6000rpm's
As of tonight, we have now made 141 FULL dyno pulls since installing the turbo. And over 20 of those were over 750rwhp. I still can't believe this thing is staying together.
I say we are out of turbo, because I tried to turn up the boost, but it did no good. We started out tonight at 14.0lbs of boost. Turned it up to 14.5 and lost power. So we started turning it down, and gaining power. 13.5lbs was the sweet spot. Based on the compressor map, this T76 turbo is good for approximately 900fwhp. Deduct a 15% drivetrain loss, and you get 765rwhp. Pretty close.
Dyno graph will be posted tomorrow for sure.
Only 2 more weeks until the tracks open!!!!!!!
I'm really impressed with what the stock LS1 can handle. Thank God there are some guys out there like you, no quams with blowing **** up.
Take care and congrats.
That is just freakin impressive Rob. 775/865
at those rpms, just outrageous. How much to ship my car to you to have it tuned right?Jeremy

PS You did freak me out with that title. I want to see that car run down the track with that LS1 that could.

rob you appear to realy have your $#it together!
If you can do all this with a stock engine I'd really like to see what you could do with a fully built one.
