Life, yes it could be bad. But I make da paper so it's all good. I can always make more! Awesome numbers though. I'd like to be surprised and happy with my numbers so I'm shooting low.
Evo, yes we are fabbing the headers with as much of the accessories as possible to note for proper clearance.

Tell me about it. Had my block out to the machine shop for nearly two months. Ended up modding my ps3 and bolt ons on the bimmer just to pass te time. I had a g37 coupe before with berk hfc's, Borla catback, cold air intake and tune. Livened it up a bit for sure. Let me know if you need a 2bar map sensor. I ended up not needing it as I'm going 3bar.

Gotcha. Was this a specific kit you bought, or a variety of bends you plan to fab up? U have my engine out if the car on a stand with the tubular k member attached and it is already a pain in the *** LOL.

What do you think as far as 3bar or 2bar? I wanted to run a 3bar but I wasn't sure as to what would be best for my set-up. I was told 3bar but I'd like to get some other opinions.

I also bought 2 u bends as well. It ran me about $175 with the u bends.. I still need to buy some LS1 flanges though. I figured that I only want to do the headers once so I'll do it right the first time and make sure they clear everything to keep my amenities. Once I get the headers done and out for coating I will be pulling the engine and painting the engine bay.
Good deal man thanks! Me too ... I'm hella antsy! I look forward to your build.

I guess it all depend on how much booat you plan on running. I was initially looking to do about 8-10lbs on. Stock bottom end ls1, but during teardown I decided to pull the block and get forged rods and pistons. Now I'm looking at mid to high teens so I picked up the 3bar. If you are running on stock bottom end then I'd imagine a 2bar would be ideal.

Yes, all stock block besides springs and rods for now. I don't plan on seeing over 8lbs for now. It's funny because I went from installing headers and a new full exhaust and stall, to saying **** it, and doing a full turbo build haha.

Ya man it's cool. Mine is now in the same stage as yours lol. They got me on nights now so progess will be somewhat slow for now. I still need to find a place for ls1 flanges at a decent price.
