ati pulley help

ati pulley help i was installing the ati pulley in the crank pulley today,on the directions it saids to make sure that the ati pulley is flush with the damper pulley.i cleaned the pulley with a wire brush but i still have a gap,about 1/8 of a inch
after i tightened it.is there anything else i can do to make it fit.or is the gap ok

Maybe your crank/Balencer is warped........ i destroyed my stock one a while back when my crank bolt was backing out all the time and i had to buy a brand new one. I believe it was about a $96 bucks..... just a worst case thought.......

I have kind of the same question. My pulley has the gap but it doesn't seem to line up with the blower pulley. The crank pulley looks like it needs to stick out even further, like 3/8 to 1/2 an inch. Or the blower needs to get closer to the motor, but it's all ready barely off the alternator. My kit was originally bought for my 98' TA but is now on my 01' TA if that makes any difference. Any ideas?

i only have about 1/8 of a inch pulley to pulley gap.most people i talked to say its ok,but i am going to call ati on that one.that thing a'int going in any further,i ll see how it lines up when i mount the supercharger.
then the intercoolers and its done

It's not suppose to be flush aginst it, as long as the index posts are inbetween the gaps in the crank balancer your okay.
