So who is buying one of theae bada$$ kits besides me?? I really think this is the last chance for 4 gen f body owners to own a kit that actually works for once. I don't see another company steeping up anytime soon to compete with kit for r cars

We took the car to the track last night.
The guys got the shift points dialed in and installed a 2 step.
The 60 foot improved but the motor laid over just after it shifted
into high gear.
The first trip to the track it ran 128 MPH, this time it went quicker but only ran
125 MPH. The car has got some 10.70's in it.
But unfortunately we will never know, the motor in done.
We drove it to the track 70 miles and broke a piston and drove it home.
A 408 is on order.
Enough ***** footen around, it is on like Donkey Kong!!!!
Oh by the way guys that was a Jasper remaned motor in the car!!!!

I wouldn't let the same tuner touch the new engine, no reason the stock stuff couldn't have gone 130 + on a good tune for many passes with proper octane fuel. Did this have stock springs and pushrods?

I doubt the pistons in the reman are the same quality as the stock GM pistons.
I suspect it butted a ring and got a ring land.
Adrian went through about 3 gallons of washer fluid in the first week he had the car after
we got it tuned.
He is hell on everything he drives.
The motor smoked a little before we put the kit on the car, is was all ready very tired.
