CBR F2 System First Install
The compressor cover is too large.
Also most people couldn't spool them anyway. They have a 75mm turbine.
You would need a fairly large engine and a lot of RPM to use them properly.
ie 454 LSX turning 8,000+
.Guys this kit will support turbo's Large enough to cover all the bases and then some Twice.
If you want to run twin 76gts's then you most likely have a race car and this kit ain't for you.
Our kit is for high end street performance, you know keeping all stock amenities and such with race car power.
You can make 1200+HP with 65mm turbine wheels. Want more? Use 68mm wheels.
Our kit will fit those ie TC78's with F1-65's or FI-68's
The biggest turbo combo our kit can support is 7868's which you can push to 1400+HP depending of course on supporting mods and engine combo.
Neil@Horsepowersolutions up north is running 2 of our Magnum 7665's and he made 1168RWHP thru a glide @ 22psi on a built 370 iron block w/ 317's. He could have made more but he was scared of lifting the heads.
He even had a little trouble spooling them at first.
Here is a pic.
"2000RATA" just bought the 2nd to last one. We only have one left in stock and there are 3 different people fighting over it right now.
If you want one you had better call me SOON or you will miss out.
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
It takes time to build these kits, they are very complex.
If this last one goes by the end of the year it may be as late as May of next year
before the next batch is ready.
Anyone even half way serious needs to move on this kit. You will not be disappointed. This is one sick kit. The level of engineering that went into this kit is priceless. No one has ever taken a kit this far. Period. I'm not one if these bandwagon guys saying "when I get a kit I'm calling XXXX at XXXX" cause their pics look cool on here. No I have seen it and own it. The best part about this kit is it's not in you face or in the radiator overheating everything under the hood. I don't need that because I want to drive mine even when it is hot out.
Oh and forgive me if this has been asked, but does this kit work on a lowered car?
The exhaust sound is completely dependent on how you finish the exhaust off. That car in the video had a 4" Muflex system tied into our kit. You can use what you already have, but I would recommend a NON-chamber muffler.
With the motor mounts that come with the kit we can control everything
when it comes to motor positioning.
This allows us to put about 1/2 clearance between the drivers down pipe
and the frame rail.
You can't get any better than that.
but definitely saving up/paying off debt, to make this purchase
, in the near future if you guys dont stock these kits anymore will you take pre orders with deposits? Going from a batch of 3 down to one won't change it that much.
The setup to CNC the starter heads takes about 2hr's then I have to brake down that setup
and setup for the other side, another 2hr's.
To actually cut one side of one head takes about 15min's.
The fixture will hold 3 heads at a time.
To sum, it up to go from raw aluminum stock to 3 starters ready to install takes all day.
To do just 1 will eat up most of a day anyway.
The laser cutter will kill me for just one round of parts.
To make the same profit per kit the price would go up a bunch doing them 1 at a time.
We have venders that have min order requirements, they will ship us just one part
but we will pay the min anyway.
It's not going away but we would like to see more interest in it.
There's a kit in KS now and the guy told us that he was going to run E85
on a forged motor so we will see good #'s from this one.
