Radiator mounts look great, cut a good bit of weight off too.. How come you didn't make the intercooler mounts a bolt-in style? That way you could just bring the motor out the front real easily.. still can regardless, I've just never seen a bolt-in style yet.

thanks. i put the big bar in the middle since i took out the top and bottom radiator supports and need to keep it as ridgid as possible. the intercooler mounts come off of the the bar.

haha thanks man. got the downpipe tacked tonight. progress is going to be slowing down a little now, got a wedding this weekend and a summer class starting next week

Thanks Nitrous383. The down pipe is 4". I have solid spohn motor mounts which give me just enough room.

got everything wrapped now, no pics tho. so i went to loosen up the v-band on the downpipe and it got frozen half way through, totally locked up. ended up having to cut it off and weld a new bolt on-guess thats what you get for a $85 v-band from forced inductions

cold pipes painted


not taking my chances with it pushing water and making a mess so i put the radiator over flow in the the trunk

6litereaterdesigns.com makes a panel to replace the vents, and it adds 2 gauge holes. it still has slots for the air to blow through too. They are a sponsor

What kind of boost controller do you guy think i should run, can i get away with a normal manual boost controller? i see all these guys running c02/serious electronic controller but they are way out of my budget right now. what do you think?

eboost2, pretty easy to use and won't kill the pocket.

got everything mocked up. The injectors should be here tomorrow or monday and the converter is on its way back from Yank. Motor should be back in by next weekend.

got the converter back from Yank yesterday. Big thanks to Dave @ Yank for getting me setup with a converter for my setup and clearing up some issues i had.




got the motor/tranny in and pretty much everything is set up. still waiting on the injectors and the alternator relocation and gotta run some more vacuum lines.
