My buddy wants to sell his procharger and I was intrested, but Im not sure what all I need, he says I'll get the procharger and all the piping, but Im not sure what else I'll need, he wants like 3,500 for it, but I was thinking about going H/C, witch way to go is better, and how much power can I get out of the procharger with out blowing out my stock bottom end?

Check the FI reliability list sticky.

Most people can run 8 psi with no problems as long as their tuner is competent.

Higher boost than that could necessitate forged pistons, ARP rod bolts, methanol kit, etc. but key is a good safe tune from someone who knows what they are doing.

8 psi will generally get you an additional 140 rwhp, plus at normal part throttle driving your fuel mileage won't be affected.
Here is an older copy of the ProCharger installation manual that an old customer of mine put out on the internet. http://www.ls1.com/ed/procharger_owners_manual.pdf

I sell most of the piece parts that are required at the link here.

Most good ones have an LSA of 115 or 114.
+1 for the Brute Speed recommendation. Call Bob. Tell him the details on what you want to do and he'll spec you a very effective cam grind.

No, you will need to upgrade to some 60 lb/hr injectors and a Racetronix fuel pump or Walbro to support that power level more than likely.

Yes, they do and the hotwire kit is well worth the extra cost. Don't buy it without.

With a stock bottom end get some 317 heads or use your stockers with upgraded valve springs and pushrods. For your intake manifold I would use an LS6. Most later model LS1's already have them or you can find em for a couple of hundred dollars on the forums used. The FAST is not going to net you much more HP over the LS6 and it costs lots more.
