LS1 Tech, Advice on new blower cam
New motor will be a forged Stock LS3 376CI with 10.1:1 compression.
Before the stock motor let go, my car made 672/605 to the wheels with a baby ZR1 cam(LS9 camshaft is 211/230 @.050 valve lift and .558/.552 lift with and a 122.5 centerline) at 10psi with an S-trim. I never got to make a pass in good air without the car being wounded with the ZR1 cam and headers. I want to shoot for 140mph with the SI trim in the 1/4 at 10-12psi.
I'm thinking of something in the upper 220's intake and higher 230's/low 240's exhaust on a 118 with a lift of .610ish. Any ideas? Don't want a rough idle so I want to keep the lsa up. I like both the Dallas Performance D6 and ECS stage 1 blower cams, but want something slightly different. Any cam specs are welcomed.
I'm going to take any ideas and discuss them with my shop to come up with a final decision on what they also recommend.

Lingenfelters GT9.
It has big lift, but wide LSA should make for a smooth idle. I've got one here myself, although engine isnt back up and running yet.
I just hope the lift isnt a problem for me.

I think the ECS cam is a 22X cam, differing on the intake and exhaust at .581 lift and was a high lsa as well. I've heard it and it has very little chop to it. That is all the details I know, since neither shop discloses their cam specs. Thanks, though.

Yeah I like the D6 if your going with someone's cam specificly, but I spec all my own cams most of the time Erik at HKE has done a few for me and they worked great as well. Something real close to 240/250 I like to keep the lift .600 or below on most to keep the valve train from having to be something exotic or change them in a specific amount of milage although there are a lot of great springs right now that are rated at a .650-.660 etc... For the average street guy huge lift isn't needed to reach most people's goals when there are a lot of other things you can do to squeaze more power out of a set up if one choses to do so IMO. And on the LSA 118-119 will probably keep it pretty tame GL. Don't sweat it too much you won't go wrong with what ever you choose to do.

Thanks guys,
I stopped by and discussed what I wanted with my shop and tuner, Stephen at EnglandGreen, and we came up with a cam that should work well with my motor.
232 intake .595 lift @ 0.050
244 exhaust .612 lift @ 0.050
118+2 LSA
