Alot of OPINIONS are flung around on the web, so just be careful on who you take advise from...dont get me wrong there are alot of guys on here that know their stuff and I wouldnt hesitate to ask those certain someones if I needed to.
But for the op, build your car the way YOU want to...and those that are offering help that have been there and done that...listen to them because it can be costly making mistakes that couldve been avoided...and have fun!

Ok Peeps, here is some status... we have been working our *** off trying to get the car done
Finally pick up the car from Midwest Chassis. Got have 8.50 cage, parachute mount and chute, seat mounts, and Kmember... After picking it up we started on painting the roll bars and installing the new light weight carpet

Finally it was time to load up the all the parts and drivetrain, take it to the shop and start a the long sleepless nights of buiding a race car.

Putting all the ACC back on the block including the new Alternator relocation kit from Arch Eng. they do awesome work. It clears the truck manifold too!

Put on the Solid motor mounts, Kmember and Aarms

We installed a Lokar 36'' locking dipstick on the transmisson. We also had to trim some of the case so the CSR shield would fit. We are going to end up going a different route with the shield. Thing is a bitch!
