Exclamation **LMR TX Mile 244mph Video**

Check out how crazy of a ride this was. Josh had to do everything he could to keep this thing straight! This was with a 31mph head wind recorded by the TX mile officials.

crazy !

almost looks like to me that the "dip" at the end of the track unsettled the car and caused the drift? they need to fix that ****.

I wouldn't be going there anymore, I mean look closely where it gets out of line at the end. Right around the finish the pavement changes height and the front tire doesn't look to happy about it.

I'd rather see you be happy with 244 mph and be done with it.

holy **** that run way needs leveling and repaving. I can see the violence from the bumps and changes in ride height with 2000hp at the tires doesn't mix. It did look like the dip at the end of the track is what caused it.

Did you guys switch to the beadlock wheels so that the rim wouldn't spin inside the tire anymore?

What a ride! Good job on the MPH, it'll be a force to be reckoned with when in fair conditions.

Wow. Great driving. And yeah those tires didn't look too happy with some of the bumps at those speeds.

I've had the *** end start to come loose at over 170mph at Maxton. I can't imagine having it happen at over 240mph.

Great driving for sure

Steven tell Josh he did a great job keeping it together. I herd about the unlevel pavement and would defenately be a big concerned if I was going to be piloting a 200+mph car down the track etc...

The more I watch that video the more I think about how lucky he really was. That right there is living on the ragged edge, and then some, and living to tell about it. May as well go bungee jumping or something to get that kind of adrenaline rush.
