Default Turbo off of a turbo coupe?

I've got an 88 thunderbird turbo coupe sitting around that no one wants to buy so i was wondering if the turbo off of that would be sufficient for my ls1?? i think its a t3/t4..not looking for crazy horsepower, just something to mess around with and get started with..thanks!

Two of them might not strangle a LS1. Honestly, no, get something new. Turbo technology has come a long way since then.

If it is the IHI which came off the 87-88 then not even two will do. Two will do if they are the Garrett or Airesearch 85-86 coupes. The turbine housing will have to be the bigger one that came off the manual cars .63. Don't ask for more then 500hp though.

There are some that are a little bit cheaper maybe $650ish but they would be on the small side of things.

Any cheaper puts you into China territory, which I don't recommend but some have had luck with them. No one on this board sells them though you will have to check out ebay.

Call me I can go into further detail,
