Default Boost problems. Any suggestions?

Well I got it tuned about 2 wks ago and all went well except one thing. I wasnt seeing the boost that I saw last time on the dyno. It was only hitting 11-12 instead of 15-16 last time. Made right at 700rwhp 700rwtq. Last time I dynoed it made 780rwhp 707rwtq and it was carrying the power past 6k. The power was falling off right after about 5400rpms this time. I was thinking belt slip but I have Asters bracket (I dont see it slipping with this bracket). Then I saw a small bit of oil dripping off the bottom of the head unit too. It wasnt steadily dripping but a drip was forming. So could something be wrong with it or do yall think oil could be leaking and slinging onto the belt causing it to slip? . The only thing I have changed since the last dyno is the MAP sensor. Just looking for any suggestions or new ideas to try and get my power back to where it was. Thanks

Boost leak?
Intake?

Is the boost peaking then falling back down to 11-12 psi, or does it just get there and no further?

At what RPM was it making that psi? Was it early and then holding steady, or did it not make it to that 11-12 until near the top of the pull?

Definitely could be a leak, have you pressure tested the piping yet between the head unit and the throttle body?

Verified that the volute isn't crooked, and that it is secured tightly on the supercharger?

A lot of this is shot in the dark questions, but never know untill it is all checked over.

I sometimes have a little oil there as well. Mine is a little motor oil that the PCV system didn't catch. Check the oil and see which kind it is. Watch the tensioner on a full pull and see where it is on the tension marks....make sure the belt isn't stretching so far that the tensioner maxes out like mine did. Watch the video that I posted a page or so back in my thread lol. Post a picture of the graph as well....that'll help

It gets there and goes no further. It made 11.74 psi on EFI live. The belt and tensioner have done well since Ive had it on the car. My MAP sensor wiggles around alot back there when I was checking it yesterday. Wonder if its leaking back there. I didnt put any RTV or anything back there to hold it.

The graph looks very smooth, I would have expected belt slip to be erratic, or a sudden dip. The curve on both of those looks very similar, and I would expect slip to be a bit different each time.

Like we discussed try swapping the belt just to make sure nothing got on it or glazed it when you said you said there was an oily film over everything, but I still wouldn't rule out a boost leak somewhere.
