Default How'd you bend your PS lines to clear turbo plumbing

Looks like I will have to reshape my power steering lines a bit to clear my turbo plumbing. I couple of the bends are more than I feel comfortable doing "by hand" (literally with my hands) for fear of kinking or breaking them.

Any ideas? Fuel line tool or something?

There are lots of hand held tubing benders out there. Bend the tubing around the tool to the angle you want.

for the non pressurized one i just cut the original hose off at the bottom on the hard line and just ran my own 3/8" hose around the idler pulley bracket. for the pressure side i did a little bending with it bolted on i think maybe even turned it a little. i dont have the down pipe going through there yet tho just a flipped exhaust manifold.

I just bent my lines by hand and rotated the connection until I could get the lines out of the way.

I bent my pressure hose by hand and routed it behind the alt idler bracket. I screwed up the return fitting so used the fitting feom az to route to my own p.s. cooler. Idk if the pressure side is too close to the crank hub but it should be running this weekend

We did it by hand as well. Just don't go crazy hulk on them and you should be fine.

I found a old alt with a v belt pulley on it and stuck it in a vise, worked great to bend tubing

What fittings did you use for that? I'm not sure I need to go that far, I think I can bend them an inch or two out of the way and be good.

local hydraulic shop made me some using my stock fittings for like $25 or so. i basically cut my stock fittings off and used random hose to make a mock up, then took them in and said "can you make me a power steering line that looks like this?"
