FI cars are higher maintenance either turbo or procharger. You will go through more plugs, tires, clutches etc... Once you get the F1 bug you will want more power than you will need better fuel setup, better clutch, new engine, new tune etc. It really never ends

^ so true I am experiencing this right now..OP from what you have stated a d1sc will fit your needs just fine. I could be a little bias though...

I could be wrong but I think you have way more people with d1sc's in this forum, but you will see way more posts about turbo's. That tells you that the turbo install is a bit more involved than a D1sc. I think you will find a D1 to be easier to install and live with than a turbo install.

It's not that quiet with the cutout open at all! With the cutout closed it goes through my factory slp dual dual which is really quiet. I have an open wastegate though, so when that opens it's very loud! If it was connected to my downpipe I think it would be very quiet.
