I just ordered all the AN fittings that I think I might need, that shiza's expensive! I went with the Mr. Gasket fittings, because they were the best looking for the price. I ended up getting a Y. I'll feed the rear, crossover to the driverside with the regulator mounted there, and then return it to the tank.

My flaming river battery disconnect came in yesterday. So I should be able to get that going sometime this week as well. I'm going to go pickup my plug wires from Autozone today and get those done this week as well.

My biggest hurdle is going to be cooling. I need to get a better hold down for the radiator, get some GOOD pusher fans and wire those up, and figure out what I'm going to do with the routing of the coolant hoses. I hope that I don't have to weld the -20 fittings on there, because surely I'll EFF that up.

I made my cooling lines with left over 1 3/4" 304ss bends, silicon couplings and t-bolt clamps. Turned out great and was cheaper then the big AN fittings.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/14929611-post122.html

I had to buy a rubber hose at the part store to make a bushing on the top water pump outlet. Also had to bend the thread part of the t-bolt a little so the would go through the hole but it was anything tough.

I don't have a pic of all the clamps on and it tighten down.

I got the wires done yesterday. That was a HUGE pain in the ***.

-ordered all new vacuum line
-got most of my AN fittings in
-started working on the battery relocation and ordered a distribution block and had to get another hole saw
-waiting on my intake bolts
-need to get a set of electric fans
-need to weld -20AN on the outlet of the radiator
-buy the -20AN hose/fittings
-make a radiator hold down
-wire up my fuel pumps
-route the oil feed
-put in oil, trans fluid, and coolant
-finish all the electrical

And I'm sure there's more. Atleast the list is getting smaller

I made some progress this weekend. I got the wires routed and all hooked up minus putting the ends on for the battery. Along with that I got the cutoff switch hooked up in the license plate. I didn't even think about the plastic crap that's behind the license plate. So that sucked. I had to use a 4" hole-saw and cut that for the cutoff switch.

I got the Y and fed the rear of the rails. I'm waiting on 2 fittings to be able to finish that up. I put the front pieces back on and fastened down the fuse blocks. I ran my intake pipe to make sure that it actually works. It hits right where the radiator inlet is, so I'm going to have to drop it down and make some brackets for the radiator. I also ran the turbo oil feeds.

I'm waiting on my -20an fittings for the outlet of the radiator so I can get that done. I ordered some Derale 16295's to keep it cool. Amazon had free shipping, so it was like 268 bucks after taxes. I'm going to have to extend the wires that connect on the passenger side and that should be it for the electrical crap. The plug wires are all made up and I mounted the coils.

So I finally got my parts and got some work done. I got the new alternator bracket, but I had fab a new bracket for the tensioner because it was hitting right where my downpipe is.

I got all my parts to put together the lines and mount the cooler. I got the fans mounted and wired up. I also made a radiator hold down out of some leftover aluminum. I used a 2x10" board and screwed it down and made the bends by hand. I think that turned out pretty nice.

I also finally got all the parts and tools to make the coolant lines. I had to remove the top coolant fitting out of the radiator and press in one that one. I welded the fittings on the radiator and made the lines.

Another big pain on extending the wires. I had to extend the wires that go over to hook up the the pcm. I'm seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. I'm really hoping that all the wiring and all the fabrication that I've done has been good enough. I've got my fingers crossed!

I'm trying to wire up the second fuel pump, but I can't find out where the switched source comes from for the stock pump. Here's some pics I took of how it's doin now.

Here's the connector for the stock hotwire kit. I read somewhere that the switched wire was the green one, but when I went back to confirm I can't find anything on it.

It's alive! I fired her up yesterday! It's such a relief to know that the wiring is all good. Of course, with the good comes the bad. The high pressure hose for my power steering is leaking, the weld for the lower radiator hose is leaking a drop every few minutes, and the belt about flew off when I blipped the throttle. I'm sure there will be more things that come up.

My wife's being induced right now so we're up at the hospital now. Hopefully we'll be having a new baby girl in about 12 hours!
