as long as its gonna be done with a midplate and intercooler setup like the Termi's and lightnings it oughta out shine everything but a turbo

I don't think you can order that supercharger anymore it had to many problems. It made the motor overheat bad and it had very poor runner angle. All this was a compromise so it can fit under the cowl. But this is what iv'e read about it and not seeing this actually perform in person.

I'd save up money for a year if Whipple made a 2.9L for an LS1 4th gen. Why a year? Well, tires aren't cheap...

If they would make it I would for sure buy it without a doubt, right now! I love whipple blowers and have always wanted one for my car, I love how clean it looks under the hood and the sound is f'in badass

Well, I just saw this the other day. The thread is only 4 months old. You think that Whipple would R&D and prototype a new supercharger to an old platform that has low priority in the first place... in only a couple of months? This stuff can take time, especially considering they missed it entirely when 4th gens were actually in production. Give it a little more time... Although I personally don't have my hopes up.

This stuff can take time, especially considering they missed it entirely when 4th gens were actually in production. Give it a little more time... Although I personally don't have my hopes up.
