Good times. I hope to be close to those numbers in my blazer xtreme. Stock 5.3 with mpt76, 4l80e, 3200 converter, 10psi.

Damn good numbers, they didn't give you a hard time about not having any rollbars?

oh no they did ..... the first pass they re-teched me and werent so happy that it has nothing sfi, and no cage. told me to lift after the 1/8th...

the track was down for over an hour for clean up and it got to be late, i decided i was only going make one more pass. so i went for it. the second time they yelled at me they were laughing that it went that fast i guess...

That is funny. Just imagine when you turn up the boost. I was talking to a guy at work yesterday. He's got a d1sc procharger kit off a 99 silverado just sitting on a shelf at his shop. With 10,000niles and is still like brand new. If he still has it in January, I'll give him the 2800 he's asking for it.

Great times! That thing has easy 9's in it at 14~15 psi. Weight sounds about right. I've seen some that claim 4000lbs with a similar setup but I just don't see how.

it has an ls6 cam, stock lifters, comp pushrods and pac1518 valvesprings. it feels alot faster on 15psi.. only thing keeping me from making a pass on 15 is i dont have any sort of crank case ventilation and it builds so much pressure that it blows the dipstick out and smokes on decel pretty bad..

honestly the tune is so far off, most people wouldnt even have ran it... we converted it to speed density ourselves, with some other ppls tune info... it is using a camaro iat and cobalt ss 2 bar map. the ve tables are not totally correct. its 10.0-10.2 a/f, 12-14* timing and the shift points and rev limiter are so messed up its not funny. the trans has not been tuned for the converter whatsoever.. its shifting outta 1st at 5600 and outta 2nd at 5500. and shifting into overdrive at around 116mph. yes i said overdrive.... when i make it back out i will have the shift points at around 5900, and raise the drive to overdrive to 6500 or so.. also i believe the truck will mph better with 3.23s, right now it has 3.73s with a 26" tire.... theres alot to be improved on thats for sure. i have no idea how fast it will eventually go. im already impressed with what its done...

Stock48, about the weight i dont see 4,000lbs either but i get told im wrong all the time, i had a guy arguing with me telling me that it weighed 2600. i tried explaining to him that it has an iron block 6.0, 4l80e, with a 10.25 converter, steel driveshaft, and 12 bolt rear, along with power windows, mirrors, air bags, bench seat, etc, etc... its as heavy as most any f-body or mustang... just looks small.

i weighed it saturday and with me its 3625 with a little gas in it.

Yes tuning with HPtuners, but i am so uneducated on the tuning side, im just learning the basics... but itll get there.

yea im curious to see what it has in it once its dialed in. i plan on doing cal-tracs and shocks, and getting the tune alot better.

the suspension is 100% 94,000 mile original...lol

i figure the turbo will be inefficient here pretty soon, being on 364ci, i actually thought about putting an aluminum L33 5.3 in it to help with weight over the front end and smaller c.i. help slightly with efficiency...

oh yea and its pretty quiet compared to alot of cars making similar power. has a single 3.5" magnaflow, and full 3.5" tail pipe all the way to the rear bumper...

thanks i hope so, its never been on a dyno.

ive ran this motor n/a, nitrous, and turbo, and have never had the heads off or pistons out of the block, did the rod bolts one rod at a time. never had the main caps off either lol.

i guess the log manifold is doing something right after all.

thanks again guys.
