Default Spark plug insulator tip broke?

what would cause that to break??? car was only under 5 psi...plugs maybe had a couple thousand on them.. nothing else on the plug is damaged

nope...took the plug out and it blew oil and gas out a little bit..tried a different plug and still didnt fire on that cylinder....i was also getting a code for running rich so that might eliminate some things

Broken piston. Likely a result of detonation.

it doesnt sound like there is anything in the chamber rattling around or anything

Sounds like you blew it up. Do a compression test.

Oil generally doesnt rattle, anything else either gets chewed up, or spat out.

Got a video stick in the cylinder....edge of the piston is chewed up and gone

Make sure it didn't damage your turbine wheel. I had a spark plug loose the tip a couple years ago for some unknown reason and took out the turbine. Pistons looked perfect, no detonation, etc.
