I saw that crack too when I got my motor back from inspection. I can't say if it was them or not that caused the crack, cause I never noticed it until I got it back from them. But fortunately it doesnt go anywhere near the bore, and wont effect the engine operation. Its just on that peice of metal that goes out away from the block.

fuel line connections
Looks nice! I see you looped the fuel injector rails together in the front. How does the fuel enter in the back and what size line. Where is the regulator. I would really appreciate it if you could take a few pics of this as it would help me alot. Thanks

Its okay. I won't say its good and I wont say its bad. I had seen another member with a Z28 stock hood had to not only cut/clearance his hood, but also raise the back of it up off the hinges about 1/2". I had to definetly clearance the bottom of the stock WS6 hood, but I didnt have to raise my hinges at all.
I have twin walbro 255's in tank that just connect with a Y-block, and then I use a 8AN sized feed line that goes through an inline filter, and then enters the rear of the passenger side fuel rail. After that crossover you mentioned, it goes to a Magnafuel Boost referenced FPR, and then I just use the stock feed line for return to the tank.

Thanks for the explanation. I could only find diagrams that showed the pressure split with a "y" to both sides of the fuel rail then the regulator also split to both sides of the rails (two in and two out). It would work much better for me to plumb it like you have it. Thanks
