Hey Gold. Got the pump installed, hoses run, efi wiring in place but can't get the starter to turn over. How many wires do you have going to "just" the solenoid portion of your starter? I want this thing started this weekend...and it really does not look like its going to happen. The damn truck runs...and I started that project 6 months after my Lemans!!!

Turns out the car was not starting because the motor had locked up from sitting out in the elements.
Sourced another motor from Moultrie, Ga and started over again. Sold the broken motor for $200 after taking out my oil pump, ls6 cam and Ls2 timing chain.
Got the car started on Sunday 22/9/13. Initially I was only getting 20 psi of pressure and the car would not start. Turns out the tank was empty and I had the injector\coil pack connectors on the wrong bank. Will post pics of the current setup. Turbo to follow shortly once I modify my spreadsheet.

Had to bleed out a little for the sake of Jezibel

Shoddy video of startup

Thinking of welding a 2.5" bend from the C6 manifold to a 2" reducer then a v band to 2" cross over and have it mate up on the turbo on the passenger side. A lot like yours but I need to mate it to the 2.5" pipe on the passenger side.

Carousel red is the judge orange. Like on this 69 judge clone. Remember he had trans issues running the 4l60. Might have other thread for it going down the strip. Your build reminded me of this one. He got a quick performance rear end also. Sucks about the motor being stuck.
Did you block off the heater fan hole as well? I had a body buddy make patches and weld them up. I plan on doing a old air products. Not happy with vintage air quality. And nothing is Pontiac specific yet. At least not the 68 goat.

they offer a/c only kits. I dislike heater hose inside the firewall.
Restomodair.com makes cool stuff.
Link to heater delete.

Just throwing ideas out.
Your car before you painted it looks just like mine before paint. Are you going to run the chrome bumper?

Hey 450. I will be checking out the links today. Is the heater fan hole the portion that sticks out in the firewall? If so I bought some sheet metal off Amazon, cardboard and rivet gun, cut it out to shape and popped it in then painted it black.
My car was an original a/c Lemans. I am neither running air nor heat anytime soon. I have heard different things about Vintage air so I am on the fence at the moment.
I painted the chrome bumper flat back for a more menacing appearance. With the turbo going in, I don't see that stock 4l60e lasting long...but it beats having nothing.
