Default What turbo manifolds to retain a/c?

The truck manifold idea seems nice but I would like to retain a/c. What are my options?

If an LS1 motor from an F body, the C6 RH manifold on the passengers side and a truck manifold on the other, like on mine.

Nice build wsphummer, only problem on 67-69 Camaros is you cant face the exhaust manifolds forward and down using the truck manifold. It will hit the front suspension. they have to face forward and up. Stevo8 text me at 909-478-2128 and i'll send you pics of my 68 camaro turbo build that might work. I didnt want a/c but my set up might work for you to retain it on your build.

Thats good to know, do you have to relocate the alternator too since the car uses a gear box instead of a rack-pinion? I built an alt bracket once for a guy transplanting an F-body LS1 into a 1st gen chevelle, didnt know if early camaro's were the same.

What WS6HUMMER was talking about was that F-Body LS1's have the alternator at the bottom on the driver's side, near the PS rack and the K-member. You didn't have that issue, guessing by your signature, since you used a 5.3 from a truck, which had their alternators mounted up top to begin with.
