Post Need help arp head studs or keep arp head bolts? Ls9 head gasket install

Like title says I'm pulling my heads off and putting on 7 layer ls9 gaskets. I'm planning on doing comp cams tru-union also. I currently have arp head bolts in it now should I reuse them or replace them with studs? I'm going forged motor and maxed d1 and a lil nitrous in the next year or so.

to me the added insurance of the studs is worth it. especially at your level. plus you can always sell the head bolts. the studs just make it harder to pull the heads in the car.

Damn those things are really affordable! I know it shouldn't but the fact that they are that cheap it kinda makes me nervous to buy and use those. Arp has always been my go to company for all my fasteners

China sucks, I'm
guilty of buying some small chinese things off ebay, it just sucks that they can produce all of our quality parts for a fraction of the price

Its not as bad as you might think, I know I thought it would be impossible before I looked into it and actually did it. The bolt/stud holes dont fill up with coolant when you do have to pull the heads for whatever reason. FWIW
