Turbo Firehawk build up V 3.0 AES 385 and S88
#210
Well it was a so so night. Traction was no where to be found off the line for me. Here is the run down. I know I need a fresh set of tires as the ones I have are pretty much done and I am sure I could use some suspension work. I made a total of 4 passes they are as follows.
1st pass 7psi on the wastegate 3200ish on the trans brake. Didn't turn on the GoPro and didn't have my data logger plugged in to the DLC and didn't notice til I was at the line and couldn't hook it up.
60'- 1.8 Spun and peddaled it
330- 4.611
1/8- 6.904
mph- 107.14
1000- 8.891
1/4- 10.564
mph- 135.10
I noticed it went a little lean on the top of 2nd so I added some fuel guessing where and went back out.
2nd pass 7psi 3600rpm on the trans brake (Fireball said hit the thing harder)
60'- 1.687 Spun again but staid in it more.
330- 4.472
1/8- 6.782
mph- 106.87
1000- 8.776
1/4- 10.469
mph- 133.18
3rd pass The line melted of the wastegate again 12psi and 3600 rpm on the trans brake. tried a slightly different burn out that the last 2. And the car back fired when I let out doing the burn out. (You can see someone ducking on the one videos). Also on this pass I accidently shifted from 1st - 3rd
60'- 1.864 Spun and peddaled it
330- 4.700
1/8- 7.047
mph- 105.94
1000- 9.020
1/4- 10.649
mph- 139.39
Looked at the logs from this pass and the previous pass. Added a little more fuel again and about 2 degrees of timing(still had not messed with my timing since my 93 and Meth tune). I also let the car sit and cool for about 30-40 min.
4th pass turned the 2 step back down to attemp to hook. I haven't looked at the log to check but I think 3200rpm on the TB and 12psi
60'- 1.758 Spun again
330- 4.388
1/8- 6.501
mph- 116.58
1000- 8.324
1/4- 9.971
mph- 129.52
I ended up letting out around the 1000' mark as the car started going lean. I haven't looked at my log from the last pass yet. And I also haven't wired up my Fuel pressure gauge yet either so I wasn't able log my fuel pressure(I am a little concerned how far my twin walboro pumps will go on E85)
I will post up the video when I get them uploaded later

Congrats on the passes. Nothing broke or blew up so I see it as being a successful night. Little more time tuning and running 18psi and it will see 8s with no problem. And maybe a little suspension tweaking and pull some mid 1.30s 60
