Yea...you can use the knock offs from the site with the blow off valves, but I recommend taking them apart and thoroughly inspecting them. Some times the rubber diaphragm gets pinched during assembly. Also if you do use the knock offs test them first! Just to be sure they are opening at the correct boost level. Happened to my bro he just put them on and here they had something like a 20 Psi spring in there! Luckily he only blew a head gasket.

Well the spring will determine how much boost you'll make. You can add a controller to raise boost but you'll never be able to go lower than the spring pressure. I'd go with 6-8 Psi springs to start.

Look up modular turbo. Rob the owner sells a BOV made by rps which is a tial knock off that has had great success. its a 50mm i believe and is 100 bucks. Jgs makes a nice 40mm that is as much as a tial 38mm id look at those. AS stated I wouldnt skimp out on the wastegate. Bov are better to be a little cheaper then wastegate's, but id try to get something with a proven track record.

Yes, if you want 12 Psi you'll need a 12 Psi spring. Or you can use the boost controller method. I have mine in my console boost is addicting. So nice to be able to just turn a **** and increase power.

ya i plan on having a boost ****.. not sure how they work yet but one of my supras had that and it was fun lol cruise around at 9psi then i'd run into people who wanted to play and crank it up to 17psi lol it would scream when that turbo kicked in.... i miss my supras lol but i'm pretty sure this camaro is going to be quite a bit fastrer
i thought those were part of the wastgate set up.. i better read up on that one. i do want to be able to adjust it when desired.
thanks

Definately go with the 4l80e. Not sure if you have seen it over on the thirdgen forum but here is my 4l80e swap, fits like a glove. Good luck with the build.
