A guy at the track threw his go pro in. Not sure why the quality sucks but first pass was 10.3@149.6 2.1 60' Last pass it came up and ran itself out of gas. I guess I need to keep over a half in from now on. Or get a real tank and pump set up.

Need em on youtube so can post links with thumbnails lol. Hopefully ill get my 2step hooked up today that I got from Martin. Hows if feel on 20psi compared to 13? I ran mine to 19 psi last night on the way to town and 4th gear at over 100 it when into a scary burnout. Need a good rear with a spool where I can control it. Factory diff tries to switch back and forth with the crap roads around here. Car struggles to stay straight when it happens.

Well this looks like my season is over.............Came to the track today wanted to keep the wheels on the ground so launched at 3psi cut a 1.45 60' ran a 9.3 with shutting down well before the 1000' marker. Car makes a ton of torque now!, but anyways soon as i shifted to 3rd thought i blew the trans because the car just over revved got to a stop and couldnt move at all. Shut the car off and the engine wouldnt turn over but the started did. Once i went under the car i saw my flexplate was ripped in half. Its a YANK SFI and after what ive been reading i'm not surprised at all...........Will be upgrading to a new one asap but will not be making it to Import vs Domestic Pretty bummed but could of been worse.

Just got myself all caught up on everything. Damb that sucks about the stock hood, I can imagine that would be scary as ****! Sounds like you were starting to figure out the new setup until the flexplate let go, sorry to hear that man. What have you heard on the yank sfi and what will you be replacing it with? Just curious cause I will be upgrading mine in the future I'm sure. Better luck going forward Doug!

i heard it was with a cheap turbo too...lol
Doug has officially put more track time on that turbo than me. Time to get a upgrade.
i think this spring will be a good time. If you get mine done soon enough I may have the SOM Z brought up too.

When you can launch a 3600lb. f-body with 3.08 gears to a 1.45 60' on 3psi of boost, you know you're making some serious steam lol.

I couldn't believe it cut that 60' with that boost not even on my 2 step I launched early 3470rpm. My buddy said ir was trying to pull the wheel up till about the 1/8mile when ir settled. Obviously need new rear shocks but it sure as hell didn't do that before. This was even with bills cast wheel s480 and not my billet bullseye! (Which will spool even faster than the cast) Without question car has more torque. When I ran sat and I could use the throttle to keep it off the ground and off the back bumper I knew it meant business!! sucks this junk *** flexplate broke the only cheap part left in there.....
Between the Forged 370, billet wheel, this new cam, electronic boost controller, and rear shocks this car has mid 8s in it no doubt!!

We will be working on yours In the next couple weeks. I have to throw some kind of flexplate on mine so I can move it at least then ill free up some space in my garage for yours

I was hearing that the yank is just a restamped CAT which is a cheap *** flexplate how they got an sfi sticker on it doesn't make sense but I'm pissed because that ruined my season for one of the cheaper parts to buy.
