took it to the track last night, fuel filter clogged up a little on the way to franks thursday night, and on the dyno i had to keep adding fuel, so it was clogging up again, from the damn foam in the fuel cell, so first place we stopped halfway to numedia i pulled over and ripped the foam out i had to clean the filter 3x more on the way up and at the track, then after 2 passes they said my tranny was leaking, wich it seemed to be but very minimal, must be the tail shaft seal *new* or coming out the overflow... *overfilled?*

anyway had to clean it again before i left, and it didnt bother us the whole way back down, nearly 2 hour drive.

i didnt get any good ET passes, because the brakes on this car are way worse than the other car, i couldnt hold it still for **** at the line to try and build her up, so i got 2x 2.3 60fts in a row, car still went 99 in the 8th and 127 in the 1/4, picking up 28mph out the back door i am pretty happy with that!

gunna rebuild these front brakes, they drag like a mother farker, and feel like im stepping on a stick of butter, least it stopped at the track twice lol.

anyway pretty happy with 2.0 it cruises better and feels more solid than 1.0

gotta get the brakes sorted and see what i can do, otherwise ill be piping this thing with an extra nitrous kit i have like 100 out of the hole and turning it off in 2nd and 3rd gear, just so she can 60ft hard, so i dont have to get a retarded converter ill hate the rest of the time i am driving

Good mph and 28mph on the second half is rolling. How much boost were you running to go 127?
Also,If you have a local junk yard with any late model Mustangs in it the 87 and up front brakes on the 5.0L cars are bigger and they are a huge improvement over the brakes you have now. Go with some good pads when you do it and you should like them.

14lbs of boost goes 128.80 on a 2.0 60ft lol

127.00 on a 2.3 60ft...

i might just buy new calipers and good pads off the internet, for the car but i bled them out today and they are way better,

128.8 on 14 pounds is crazy for such a mild combo. I cant wait to see it run at 20 pounds.
Good pads will make a big difference but keep the 11" brakes in mind. You can find them cheap and they are a big improvement.

drove these two around a bunch today, replaced the front upper suspension bushings in the ventura, drives so much nicer, installed a harbor freight boost gauge that has been sitting in the box in the car for a long time.

then we bled the front brakes on the fairmont, changed the oil, undercoated it and installed a class 3 hitch from a E250 van corey had laying around lol.

gunna tow a trailer full of **** down to OCMD, and also so i can tow my slicks and jack and toolbox etc when i go racing, it also helps it look even more sleeper and adds weight to the back end for traction lol.

some pics of the ventura painted with bed liner.
hands of a turbo car owner.
and a 80s photo of an autozone.

The real question is did you put aftermarket axles in this one, or c-clip eliminators???

Do you do any clean up/ porting to the compressor housing? I made the inlet of mine have a smooth transistion where it starts to reduce. I also made the compressor outlet 2-3/4, I took it back about 2-1/2" from the edge of the outlet. Not sure how much of a difference this will make but figured it couldnt hurt.

Also, what size oil feed do u have on yours?
