I got it! passenger side comparison! see attached photo!!! EDIT: damn thats tiny...let me blow that up
If you do notice the ends that the SW does kind of angle downward which would mean towards the center of the engine bay. But the actual headers are extremely similar!!

My OBX up and forward stainless headers will arrive this Monday...... mind you I will be using these on a mustang turbo build so I have lots of extra room, but for $399 its worth a chance. I will post pictures for everyone and some detailed info about fitment and quality once I have them in house.

nice find tex! man those are sooooo similar, Lookn like obx obviously just bought a pair of sw headers and just coppied the design, no other way would they be that similar with all the cuts and welds in the same exact locations. Theres no way they could need that much massaging to fit a 4th gen f body. Pretty excited to find out cuz if they fit ima scoop me a set for sure. Even if they dont ill prolly still buy a set when the time comes, a lil massaging should be easy enough, beats starting from scratch!

Also you are right the passenger side does come inward to get away from that canister. Here is a pic on Josh's clip I got a while ago. I'd imagine that yours would be identical.

I know why!! the link to SW and their up and forward headers are the similar to the up and forward OBX BUT, you sir have at least the passenger side of the SW DOWN and Forward header. i cant quite tell on the driver side but it almost seems Josh used the pass side d+f SW header and the driver u+f SW header...a like so

yeah willizm...Josh def used BOTH D+F headers from SW. It took a lil bit to compare all pics but it is what it is. I will still see if the OBX headers will work. To the OP, now that I remember right I do recall a thread about these SW headers and having to use the D+F for the 4th gen but the U+F worked in the D+F position on the 3rd gen...i will look for it

Ha, I always thought they were up and forwards as the relation of the collector is above where it bolts up to the head. Well, they do work so thats always a plus. lol

yeah but now I am rethinking this whole OBX thing. If the up and forward do not work on the 4th gen then I highly doubt it would work using the OBX headers. Man I wish OBX had a D+F header! I would probably only pay 450 for them! lol

ok, so consensus is... the obx will not fit. BUT if I want up and forward headers I could buy Stainless Works DOWN and FORWARD headers and just flip em and they will fit on a 4th gen? Or is that just what the down and forwards look like? just not really down, but more straight out?

The funny thing is that on stainless works website they only have the dual up and forward headers. I know mine are stainless works, but not sure why they don't list them on their website.
