Custom TT goat, stock motor/track times
Finally....... made it out to the track with my cousin and his custom twin turbo GTO. It's a 2005 LS2 with a FAST intake, 60 pound injecors, walboro 255, textralia single disc clutch, borla catback, custom front/top mount twin turbo kit with old schweitzer turbos,...which have GT35r compressor wheels,..and a JohanMangs@diablosport tune.
Car made 560rwhp and 590-600ft-lbs @ the tires @ 10psi, 93 octane and safe and easy timing. Also on I think a BFG Z rated tire, non drag radial, 17" 275mm tire on stock wheels. Lowering springs from BMR is what we have for suspension other the subframe connectors.
All launches on street like launch,..no rpm clutch drop higher then 1200-1700rpms, mostly off idle almost, everytime, pretty straight forward. All we needed to do was avoid wheel spin and wheel hop,...which wasn't too hard to control, as we only encountered that a few times between the both of us in the 12-15 passes we made in the car.
It's first pass,...the car went 12.60 @ 125mph, which was awesome,...about 1 minute later, the car went 12.20 @ 125mph,.....came back around, a minute later, through me the keys,..first pass was a 2.12 60ft and an 11.70 @ 126mph,....followed by an 11.60 @ 126mph.... all these passes were within 5 minutes time of eachother I think. It was back to back as it was a private rental and the lane was open. Truly laughing our asses off the whole time realizing how we have accomplished, and surpassed our goals with the car so far.
We ended up making tons of passes(thanks Marsad)....in the end, we ended up going a best of 2.0 60ft and a staggering 11.50@ 128mph, in the middle of the heat of the day.
No tunes were changed, no plugs checked or fouled,...nada...no additives, no e85, just pump gas that has been in the car for probably over a week. It was amongst the highest trap speed cars that day,...and we are pretty sure it may have been the quietest car on the track that day.
Good ****, heres some pics and videos for you.
Thanks Diablosport/MikeTurbo/JohanMangs/MikeLitsch@diablosport for all the continued support through out the years.
Sleeper GOAT.....mission accomplished.
Next project.

For whatever reason, it won't let me multi-quote....excuse the multiple posts.....
Thanks man. Coilovers are much wanted,...other then that,..not really. Subframes and springs are the only thing currently botled/welded to the chassis currently. My cousin wants to throw in a cam,..I honestly wanna leave it alone for now, maybe make a catback for it, once we see how mine works out on my car. More boost, maybe but, it's running soo well....
