I'm planning to make spacers for the front sway bar. I am running the stock k-member and will drop it a few inches to remove the oil pan.

More progress this week. I coated the manifolds with high temp paint, installed my IAT sensor, installed my Derale fans (still need to be wired), re-wired my alternator (no pics), installed the BMR rad support, and drilled/tapped my oil pan.
For anyone debating drilling in the car or dropping the oil pan I highly recommend dropping the pan. I had it dropped, drilled, tapped, cleaned, and re-installed in less than 3 hours. It was very easy with everything out of the way and I dont know how else you could ever get all the shavings out. I left the shocks attached and slightly lowered the k-member and the pan came right out (just make sure you unhook the clips holding the brake lines to the k-member).
I have a 90 for the drain to enter the pan but I just installed this for now to keep the dust out of the pan.

The actual fiting is a 3/8 npt to -10an adapter and the tap is a 3/8 npt. You are better off ordering a complete drain kit from one of the sponsors (Modular Turbo, etc). They come with the all the correct fittings and the braided line.

Looking very good so far! I'd love to come check this thing out when it's done sometime if I ever head up your way, or if you're ever down south a little. I'm debating between this kit and the Kentucky kit. Subscribed!

I don't think you can go wrong with either kit but the Huron Speed kit was more within my budget and I have been more than pleased with the fit and finish The stainless is also an added plus!
As of last night I am ready to start the final assembly phase and hope to have pictures up soon!

A small tip for those using the Huron Speed or Spoolin Performance alternator relocation brakets - Replace the ribbed idler pulley with a smooth one and you will be less likely to shred belts. I used the one from the old alternator bracket.
I also installed my Modular Turbo power steering line kit. Very nice kit that takes the guesswork out of replacing your power steering lines and frees up a ton of room for the truck manifolds / crossover pipe.

Agreed, you can just bend the stock lines but I was trying to maximize the clearance and ended up going too far and put a small kink in one of the lines. Chances are it would have been fine but I would not have been happy with it...

Getting close now!
Yesterday I had a local shop tig weld a bung in my downpipe for my wideband and when I got home I wrapped it with the DEI lava wrap I had left over from the crossover. A 50' x 2" roll was the perfect amount for the crossover and the downpipe!
I also measured and purchased a 72" belt which fit perfectly and I did the final install of the crossover, turbo, and downpipe. Sorry, no pics yet...
The main items I have to finish yet are:
-hook up the oil feed and drain to the turbo
-install the WG, BOV, cold pipes, and vacuum lines
-purchase and install air filter
-re-route PCV/catch can lines
-clean up the wiring / heat management
-cut and install the front bumper cover
