I am hoping to spend some time on it this week.

I trimmed the fuse box. It's still not fitting perfectly so I need to trim more...right now the fuse box is loose.

The filter was choking under the pressure and causing the turbo to work really hard causing higher IAT's. I since put a larger element and also routed it down and away from the pluming. No issues so far. Keep that in mind if you experience the same. Very nice build btw, looks very similar to mine.
Cool thanks for the tips, I'm sure they will be needed in the future once I up the boost

How long we're your drain and feed? I was gonna make my own but I'm not sure yet. How does that down pipe fit for clearance? Would a mini starter work better? Slowly slowly getting mine together!! Oh and I may have missed it but are you using your stock FPR?

The oil feed is 36inches. I didn't measure the drain but I used the RPS kit and it came with plenty of hose.

Considering the amount of available space the DP fits well. At first I was concerned with the space between the DP and starter so I wrapped the DP and put heat tape on the starter and I haven't had any issues. Not sure both / either are needed because the DP doesn't seem to get all that hot. A mini starter might give you more clearance but I would save the money for something else.

I'm using all stock lines and FPR but understand that I'm limited to around 550 rwhp due to the single racetronix fuel pump.

Ok thanks for the input. Reason for me getting a different starter is that I was putting mine in and the positive post was bent and I screwed it up all kinds of bad. I think I'll be trying the walbro 450 and FIC 1000's and e85. I hope I can see 650 to the wheels!!

You might need more pump. Esp for E85. Trust me the boost eats up available fuel FAST. 3/8" line makes it even harder to get fuel up there. If you think you are setup for 700 you are really only safe for 550. Just the way it goes lol. Fuel is the limiting factor on most of our boosted setups like 90% of the time.

Maybe try dual Aeromotive Stealth 340lph. They are small and seem to really perform. i went with duall GSS340s this time around and recentley seen how well these Aeromotives performed. Pissed me off I didnt know better than to use these. They even out performed the Bosch.

My tuner has had success. Even with the single 400's. Around 650 to the wheels

I wasnt familiar with that pump. It looks like a badass piece. How physically big is it compared to a intank 255? Would there be room for duals possibly without a bucket?

Hell you can make anything work. It has a bigger base at the bottom. That's all I'm aware of. But by looking at the flow of that 450 and comparing it to the aero 340 they are nearly identical. Can that be??

Very nice man! Quick question, did you fasten the botton part of the front bumper to anything?
I just mounted my ic and was wondering if i should leave it like that of zip tie to ic bracket?

Thanks, I will keep that in mind. A go-pro is on my buy list but I need gears, clutch, and boost controller first.

I drilled holes into the i/c bracket and used push pins to secure the cover. I wanted to tuck it up as tight as possible to allow for the most airfolw to my radiator.

That's because it is! I didn't have to fight anything during the install. Do your homework up front and everything falls into place
