well pretty much what allout06 said. I knew those F%*ng things went in to easy. O'well. Not much of a mess. Stunk the shop up something fierce. E85 is some stout smelling stuff.
I have the new ones in now. I just need the belts which will be in tomorrow and to pray that my mail order tune is good enough to get it started. Otherwise I may end up having to just take it to them and let them get it sorted. Trying to get it as far along as I can.

Don't tease me lol
If I wasn't ***** deep in my build I'd consider it haha. I like building my stuff. That's 90% of the fun.
You know you don't want to get rid of it. You've been so excited through this whole thread about this car man. I'm guessing you're having issues?

it was scheduled to go to vengeance saturday. they had a few things that needed to be done. heres what they are:
wire harness tuck
injector install
cutouts welded on
front end alignment
triple pillar gauges
methanol kit needs to be finished up.
hookup the rest of the procharger pipes
find a way to get the filter on the blower.
fire up the motor and tune it/break it in
make a switch panel for the linelock and cutouts and methanol ect...
hookup the transbrake with the two step.
Ron messaged me and said they cant even begin to put hands on it till january due to lack of tech's and the amount of projects they are already doing.
The main thing is FIC's injectors do not fit on my car. they just dont. One of the benefits of having it sent to Vengeance was that FIC was just down the road.
They have been told 3 times.....Fast 102 intake for ls1/ls6 cars. Fast fuel rails......and each time has been something different.....they are too long.....they are too short........the o rings arent big enough........the new o rings are too big. I........now I am being told by the only place suitable to do the finishing touches that I have to wait till next ******* year to get my car back? naaah. im over it....sell this **** and move on.
So at this point...my option is ....bring the car home......let it sit all winter and get rained on. or send it to someone else who says they can tune....and watch it explode. this is the problem with living in the south.....all the shops are anywhere but here......texas, north carolina, kentucky, missouri, kansas, pennsylvania, you name it ....there are badass shops everywhere...and only one in the south, which is vengeance.......and its twice as much for a tune there....($800) and you have to wait till next year to get your **** worked on due to how much business they have going down.
im probably just venting, but I seriously do not know what to do at this point.

Dude bring it down to Lashway. Call Eric and set it up. That shop is really doing things and if you research them then you'll find almost no negative comments. He is our go to shop down here. I've got first hand experience with them and they will do anything to try to help you. They even detailed my car before it left and all I got was a tune and a 6 speed swap.
Bring it on down, stay the night at the beach with a lady friend or acquire one there, drink some beer and chill. Eric will give you the best help man.
The only other person that would tune my car that is local and I will use this guy is Jeremy Formatto. He is a bad *** tuner. Research him, he is in Tampa. I know you need work done to your car so that's why I suggested Lashway. They have a full shop and tech staff to help you out.

I think Jeremy Formatto will come to you but I know he is a bad *** tuner he tunes all the serious cars in SWFL. He is in Tampa. He owns Fastrproms but idk if he has a shop.
If all else fails I'd take that **** to Tick and leave it with Martin. No way in hell I'd be able to wait till January lol.

Good choice. I'll be watching and waiting for results. I may have to drive up and check it out. I was up there a couple weeks ago, he had a CTS-V that had a flex fuel sensor added and he did his magic to it. He's been great help to me and will get mine as soon as i get it done. LOL
Don't give up, I've been in your shoes with mine and just have to step back and breath every now and then. This ONE is getting finished.
