will be interesting to see what you pick up on the ET. your car hauls. youve got alot of seat time behind centrifugal setups.

Great looking converter. I went with an 10.5" single disc converter from a different sponser but my car will be a 90% street car. How driveable do you think the spool will be on the streets? I can't wait to see what this car is going to put to the ground. Should be a monster.

Looks good man! Think you might end up going F1-X, or Turbo?

I looked into the huron speed kit with an 88 or 91. its possible. Im probably going to sell my new 3.9 pulley and get a smaller one and over spin it and get peak power sooner.

I think driveability and what you are willing to sacrifice is up to the individual driving the car. I have been in stroker caged drag cars going to school and the workplace. We have always street driven drag cars.....so compared to some of those full on setups pretty driveable. It should make some real decent power. I am fretting over the cost of dual tunes but owell.

Thanks Bob. You have been a huge help through it all. Its rapping up too!

Today I bought an MWC K member good for a 5'' downpipe if I ever go that route, and I also put down the deposit to get my Jakes Stage 5 4l80e underway. I will get my w2's really soon and another check from work and she will be paid for and on the way in february, and all these pieces will be assembled. Throw the dual pumps in, and take her for a spin on the dyno.

No sir. Dual 340's from Lonnies. Should be fine for 1000rwhp on E85.

Cmon ls1lover, you honestly thought I was going to skimp when it came to fuel? You should know better at this point in the thread.

I also need to sell my single PRC's valvesprings and grab some Duals if anyone has any for a good price or knows where I can get some for a steal. Not sure why in the F****ing hell I was told that a single was sufficient in a motor pushing as much as this one will be.

Brian Tooleys are only like $200 rated at .660 lift, might check those out.

I will man. I will grab it on march 5th most likely. The trans gets paid off in full on the 5th then ships. I am putting the fuel system in myself to save on money since I am pretty good with it. Appreciate you sponsoring the build dude.

I appreciate that info. I will look into it and see how I like it compared to PRC. Vengeance tried to get me a deal on them, but it was almost the same price and the locks and retainers sucked.

I am in a sailboat without wind right now though with this 80e swap....I am trying to determine if I should cancel my MWC 80e crossmember to get the BMR one with the TA brace. Reason being, I am holding off until I can buy the front and rear suspension all at once, and I would have to use a short TA to mount the MWC crossmemeber to my 10 bolt. And then when my Fab 9 goes in a few months after that I would have to buy another TA thats longer. BMR makes one that you can use for either. Think I will give ERIC a holler and see what he can do to remedy this situation. I just want to drive my car home listen to it idle and save for the suspension which is looking to be quite an investment...but after that, I am going to pull the weight out, put an 8 point in, and repaint it in a booth I have access to (aventador black), and grab some racing seats and it should be the perfect combo of street/strip/show.

Timing all depends on this 80e swap and TA. I do not want to wait another 5 months to save for the suspension. My goal is to get this thing on the dyno now. Tune it on the stock suspension, and bring it home, and avoid romping on it until the new parts are put in.

Did I miss the cam you plan to use somewhere in this thread? Can't seem to find the specs.

Also, what is the compression?

well i came close to trading it for one of these
jk
^ that thing still running! you fell off the map.

Naah man, i just keep taking my time adding in **** like K members, and the BMR crossmember will be here tomorrow. I found a plug and play harness that will alow me to simply plug it up and control it with the 60e tune. it all adds up.

Trans is being built by Jakes as of right now. the stage 5 aint exactly cheap imho but worth the extra coin if i dont have to worry about it. Just got to say **** the govt for making us wait till the 30th to E-file really putting me behind. I will be getting a rather large paycheck 5th of feb. now that work is picking back up things will go alot smoother. And I finally got my dual valvespings (lunati) put on. As I said for some reason I was told id be "ok" with singles with 800-900rwhp. Even though I specifically stressed on how reliable I wanted to try and make things. my performanceshop has done about 3-4 TA in the past few months so hes fresh on em and it wont take em long to get it setup for me.

Jake is waiting on the billet intermediate shafts to come in.

I will be using Frosts' 4l80e harness which is a plug and play option that will control with the 60e tune (slow67 mod) and does not require segment swap just a few tuning changes.

Also going to go with a Madman Dipstick kit.

The guys at the performance shop are itching to get started.

This **** is about to get interesting.

Let me know about the fuel system. I'll be home next week so whenever you want it, let me know.
