Very bad *** build. Can't wait to it when she's finished.

By the way, your Duramax is one of the nicest I've ever seen. That is going to be my next purchase for sure.

Wow sir thats a serious truck. Any engine work? Those Duramaxes seem to be the way to go for making big power but I hear the trans is pretty weak.

Thanks guys. It just has the standard bolt ons for a dmax, nothing special. Edge tuner, big filter/intake, and straight piped. Made 470/870 on the edge race tune (level 7) The allison trans will burn up clutches if you hammer on it with more power than it was meant for without building it. Same as any other vehicle. I usually just keep mine on the tow tune and I don't hot rod it...it's an 8,000lb truck. That's what cars are for, but to each his own. I haven't hurt my stock trans yet and it's on 40"s.

I will be making a few appearance changes to it this weekend. Plan to mount the BS3, swap the racepak for my other one, and do some serious cleaning amongst other things.

Bill. Why not a MoTec? I have read a bunch of stuff about it being the same price as BS3 after all the BS3 upgrades.

Because I hate MoTec. By hate, I mean I know nothing about it. ha BS3 will do everything I need it to. It's tested, proven, and there's plenty of support from smarter people than me.

El Diablo, how much of a lift do you have on the truck and what size are the wheels? Sorry to get off topic.

Ha, Todd. I have every intention of making it to the '13 LS Fest and/or Shootout. No promises since time is just not a luxury I have, but I'll bust *** when I can.

The truck has a Cognito 10-12" in front, set at around 11. The rear is an 8" deaver pack. Wheels are 20x12"
