I honestly don't know what to say. This site always seems to pull it together when situations like this happen. I know when I first posted my original thread I was not open to accepting donations. Since the thread I have gotten well over 40 PM's from customers and members offering to help. I didn't want to make a Thread about this. If you all want to that's fine.

If this is something you all want to do. I will set my personal pride on the side line and make it easy all the way around.

For those that have asked all totaled up a hair over $61k. I have replaced most of my Tools and welder. I have started the process of replacing part and components.

Its gonna be a long road that's gonna suck at times.

Never bought any thing from you but I got your number in a round about way when I was having fuel pressure problems. You talked to me for 25min and then recommended me to Lonnies for my pumps. Much respect for some one who will take time out of there busy day to help the cause, share their knowledge and not make any money on the deal.

Best of luck

New everything! From front to back. Nothing left out. Josh is handling and over seeing the whole build, right down to the paint job on the car. We have changed a lot from the first ideal. I don't want to let the cats out of the bag right now. But it will be one bad A$$ Camaro when it's done!

For me, the car+motor+all the parts that I "thought" was all I was going to do came up to around $60,000. So far since July, 2011 the car has been up at Josh's shop. With parts, labor, custom turbo kit keeping the A/C,10 point cage and paint has came to about $21,000 more. My dad always said if your are going to do a job or have a job done, do it right or have it done right the first time. So we are doing it right.

I think you should post up everyday the names of who gave money and how much they gave. So those that gave can see and everyone can keep a count on the money being took in. Not saying anything bad about you or anything. But with all do respect, I don't know you personally and neither does the majority on here.

With that said I think it is great to see people pull together to help a man when he is down. In case some of you are wondering what gives me the right to speak on this. My car is at Josh's shop with all my parts and everything paid for up front. 13 years of saving and buying parts. About somewhere around $80,000 invested. Not much of my stuff got took, thank God.

I would love to see the LS1TECH family raise enough so Josh can get things rolling at full speed on taking care of what needs to be took care of. I thank everyone in advance and may God bless you all.
Good idea, except it looks like Josh made my life easier now by giving up his Paypal account that we can donate directly to

TX RED.....I forwarded your donation over to his account.

Josh, we know these donations wont make all the problems go away, but even if it pays for a single turbo that was taken, it's one less thing you have to worry about. All the best to you.

I just stumbled across this thread. I will be donating too. I've talked to Josh a few times about a a turbo kit. He always had time for me. IMO someone should start a new thread, sticky it temporarily or something to get the word out. I'm sure there a more people out there who would help if they new what was going on.

Good luck Josh!

I think making a new thread and keeping it on the first page so people would see it would be best. I know a lot of people, like myself, don't look at the sticky section on the top.
