im selling a set of FIC 127s...
they would support your boost goals and still work great out of boost for me, and youll be making much power NA than i do out of boost since i only have a 5.3.

it is very important that you get a set of injectors with DATA to properly tune them if you are doing this, and do you have a Fuel pressure regulator tapped into the manifold?
you will want this if you don't have it being that you are boosted.

if you buy 127# injectors with data, and run them without the FPR BOTH NON-BOOSTED and BOOSTED you won't actually have 127# injectors at 20psi.... your injectors will actually be de-rated by 20psi from whatever fuel pressure you are running. This is because at the tip of the fuel injector when the valve opens there is actually 20psi of boost there pushing against the pressure of the fuel coming out ....a pressure difference (Delta) occurs.
feel free to look up vendors/shops that offer injector data. and if you are set on a certain injector, you can always pay to have them tested and get the data. I'm looking into pricing on this now.
FIC has data
ID has data
and there are numerous injector shops that can either test injectors and get data or you can buy injectors with data, I'm still compiling a list.

Better question.....whats done to the 408 and how much power do you estimate that thing making at 20psi?? If its got any half decent set of heads and big cam in it, it should be WELL over 1000whp and that will definately require some large injectors, likely 105-110lbs at 58psi base fuel pressure?
What fuel pump do you have? Twin walbro (255's) may not be enough at the high pressures if boost regulated regulator. Thats almost 80 psi at the rails and thats working pumps hard.

Ok, I will buy some with data, thats fine.
I will NOT have upgraded fuel pumps yet, just my current Racetronix set up. So, if I buy the proper sized injectors for when I want to make 20psi, with data, can I just put them into my current rails/intake and drive around with my N/A 408ci....till I'm ready to upgrade the fuel system and do the turbo set-up. Then I will re-dyno tune the 408ci with turbo and its upgraded fuel system and all other supporting parts.??
So I'm trying to figure out......can I buy the proper injectors now, will they work N/A just fine with just a PCM/dyno tune for a N/A 408ci for 4-6 months till I'm ready to go BIG BOOSTED POWER?

yeah they will work just fine.... off boost the motors see low pulsewidths and seem to run just fine. I've run siemens 83 lbs down to under 1.1ms pulsewidths and just fine. very stable. I've been hearing the larger stuff runs fine too. So on a n/a motor, you should be fine since pulsewidths should be same at lower rpm and cruise.

Any recommendations on what size to get if I plan on 20psi?

But I can use full time 103 octane too. We have gas stations all over the place with 103 octane.
I will do whatever is best. Either way is fine with me.
BUT.....I would like to be able to use 93 octane if I get stuck somewhere and need gas and can't find 103....just to get it home or to a 103 station, driving it very casual out of boost of course.
