88mm, ac, tubular k, stock radiator position. You should have plenty of room and you can do a 4" downpipe out the back on the drivers side.
What is your cooling fan setup on this? Will pushers on front of ac consensor be enough to cool radiator and all. New at this so dont know! I have room to put fans if i re-modify hood latch support.. No big deal.. But what fans, i like your setup.....

You learn how to fab and weld with experience, take your time and plan thing out before you final weld it. Tack it, if its not right cut the tack and redo it. The radiator mounts don't look bad, you just need some practice. You will get there, just take your time.
seems like the gt91 has a little bit smaller frame than the s91. At least thats what i can tell from most pics i see. Both are still huge... What you think? I see a guy put a pick up few post up with a s91. seems a little bigger framed...

Check out my build. Stock radiator/fans with s88 which I'm pretty sure is the same physical size as the s91.

Its not just making room for the turbo, its making room for some real fans. Ive tried as lot of fans. Don't fool your self, cheap pusher fans are not going to cut it when that condensor heats up when its 100 out. Right now I have custom fit some saab 93 pullers using their factory shroud. I have to put a new compressor in and then test it out. All my lines are done and installed. Ill keep you posted on real world ac usage.

Not sure where you came up with that. S91 = S400-HP91

http://forcedinductions.com/productsborgwarner.htm

Compressor cover diameter is around 10.5" and the same goes for the turbine housing with the T6 flange. It's also about 10.5" from the down pipe flange to the air filter inlet.
