What RPM do you make full boost?
I searched for awhile and couldn't find a thread like this, which suprises me..
When you are cruising and make a pull:
When do you start making boost?
When do you make full boost?
I know there are a ton of variables...

Turbo:
Boost:
Crossover size:
Intercooler:
Charge piping size:
Fuel:
Trans:
Weight:
Tire size:
Gear:
Stall Speed:
Full boost by:

but to answer your question
CID: 325, stock 5.3
Turbo: on3 76mm 1.0 ar divided
Boost: daily driven 10-12 psi
Crossover size: 2.5"
Intercooler: 4" core 31x13 3" in/out
Charge piping size: 3"
Fuel: 93 octane
Trans: TH400
Weight: 4300
Tire size: 28''
Gear: 3.42
Stall speed: ~3200
Its kind of hard to tell full boost with the converter but its very fast. Below 3500 for sure

Tough to figure out with the stall, I might be off a couple hundred RPM...give or take.

The camshaft used, the dynamic compression that camshaft gives you, your static compression, cylinder head and port design, timing, afr and a lot of other things will also determine when and where full boost or any boost is reached.
My 346, 241 headed, 227/224 114+2(I didn't choose this cam), 3800(more like 3600) FTI stall, 3.55 rear gears, 10.33:1 compression, 93 octane with 100% methanol used for secondary injection, 3900lb. race weight, 4" charge piping, 2 1/2" crossover equipped car made full boost(15psi) by 4000rpm with a PT76 turbo.

When do you start making boost? 1700 rpm
When do you make full boost? 2500 at 75F or cooler
I know there are a ton of variables...
CID:6.0
TurboTE 72mm, Garrett based
Boost: 9-12 most common
Crossover size: 2.5
Intercooler: PTE 1000hp air-water
Charge piping size: 3 inch
Fuel: Pump premium
Trans: 80E
Weight: 5500
Tire size: 275 55 20
Gear: 3.73
Stall Speed: 3200
Full boost by: 2500 at normal temps, will go up to 28-2900 at 100f.

With my f-1c i saw 24psi at 6700rpm now with my f-2 i set my rev limiter to 5700rpm and i'm around 26-27ish peeing water from heads, but before i set rev limiter the first time i stomped on it; it caught me off guard and i happen to be looking at boost gauge and it flew by 30psi+ by 6200rpm. The only reason i know rpm is i was logging data. My Kpa was maxed , only had 2bar os in the process going to 3bar os. Head pulley 4.5 crank 8". Pre pro charger the F-2 would max boost with my pulley combo at 6600rpm. I'm already toasting my 345's tires so for now 5700rpm is all i need.
