hahaha you know it man! it was a long drive at 55mph so once we were back in illinois and out on the country roads (i mean, in canada) i had to play a little but was pressured into it a little LOL didn't take much arm twisting though quite honestly! 
its a bit more rowdy than i had expected with that Brute Speed blower cam but i'm loving it! Doesn't help that all there is is a 90* bend dumping to the ground off the turbo lol Hoping once it's tuned fully it doesn't take too much of the lope away.

I've heard some tuned clips of that cam on Youtube, mostly blower stuff and it sounds good. But I think it should still have a noticeable lope. Bob told me that that was one of the criteria for that cam when it was spec'd was for it to have a nice lopy sound. Should be able to hear it better than if you had ran it out the fender like a lot of guys do.

yea a buddy of mine has this cam with a 5" dp out the fender and i don't remember it being quite as lopey as mine is currently but with his being tuned, i just figured it may take more than i'd like away from it. but i'm sure i'll be happy with it and drivability should vastly improve.

The new 3.25 gears are in and waiting to hit the track. They got a bit of rain last night and didn't think they could get it ready in time so they're closed today. REALLY hope they're open next weekend and the weather reaches near the 60 they're forecasting right now! 
Really wanna see what this car is gonna do now with a gear.

sadly Strange came out with a new upgraded version RIGHT AFTER i got this one if found out yesterday and is only $150 more!! I'm kinda pissed about that lol it's stronger than this one but is still a step below the ultra case but Eric @ mwc said its more than fine to handle mid 8 sec passes and was the only aluminum center for years aside from the ultra and did well so guess i wont sweat it too much. does have a little flex in it though as evidenced by the wear pattern but this time the gears were set up a little deeper and surprisingly, i haven't heard whine in the least! My 3.70's were quiet but these are even more so.

Funny I looked at your picture and was thinking damn he should do some engine bay work. TC delete and ABS for sure, that with no P/S and !wire mod. Your bay will look really nice. Scotchbrite and hit the back side of your head lights with a satin black. Really makes them look better when the hood is up. Doesn't have to be show quality ya know, just a little less busy looking.

Thats the plan! Got the 3.25 gears in but can't swing the money for a tune right now unfortunately so it's still set up on the rich side at 11.8 WOT and no clue where the timing is set at other than on the safe side. i didn't get that info. I'm hoping for Saturday at this point.
