Has anyone tried clocking theirs? I tried to loosem the four bolts and tnetics put a blue paste on the hex heads. Or am I aiming for the wrong bolts?

You have to loosen all of the bolts of what you are clocking. I would loosen up every bolt so you can clock all of the components to where you need them and then tighten them back up.

Which four bolts?! I think it's more like 5-6. And none of mine has any blue paste.
On the compressor side you loosen the bolts which hold the brackets on and the turbine side is basically the same... except no brackets. And you really only need to brake them from being tight and it should spin. At least mine did

I didn't have any blue paste either. The compressor cover bolts are clean and the exhaust bolts have nasty gold anti-seize on them. All loosened off and it clocks easily.

Hopefully he didn't loosen center bolts. I was told you'd need to rebalance it

Well I got my 78/75 .96 on this weekend and I don't have dyno numbers but I have 6 speed and I start building boost and get to full boost at least 800 rmp sooner verse my ol 78/68 1.15. and at full throttle I'm at 14 psi instead of 10-11 with no change to the wastegate. I had to turn it back down. So I know she has less back pressure. Thanks again huron
