Does the 7875 come in billet?

Is it a direct replacement for Magnum T76 Q-trim and how much of an improvement is expected on a 5.7L LS1?

Which is better 7675 billet or 7875 cast as far as HP?

Yep, direct replacement with the t4 flange, 3" v band downpipe, 4" compressor inlet and 2.5" outlet!

The billet unit offered for this turbo is a 75mm wheel. They offer a 76mm and 78mm wheel but they are cast, no billet 78. The billet 75mm will provide the highest hp capability and efficieny followed by the cast 78.

Improvements greatly rely on your setup and boost pressure, but a terrific upgrade from a magnum turbo or anything else with the small 65 or 68m turbine. Will allow for much more hp potential as well as efficiency allowing much lower drive pressures!

How is the billet 7575 compared to Precision PT-7675? performance wise on same 5.7L LS1. Stock intake with cam and 9.5 CR. Boost is 18 psi.Through 3" DP and 3" cut out open.

Units certainly are comparable as we keep both the Turbonetics and the Precisions in stock!

Bang for the buck I would go with Turbonetics as you can get a Billet, Ball Bearing Turbonetics for the price of a Journal Bearing Precision. However both are great units and a toss up, mainly brand preference! Let me know what you like and we would love to get you set-up!

Which will be better option, .96 open or 1.15 divided?

That depends on your set-up and which will suit your needs better. If you want to shoot me a PM with full specs on your engine combo, trans set-up, and use of vehicle I can give you my recommendation!

The .96 will spool quicker than the 1.15, but the 1.15 ar will carry power up higher in the RPM range. Typically the larger ar will work well with set-ups with large camshafts and converters that get into the upper rpm's quicker and want to be spun higher. Otherwise, the tighter ar's work great in street applications with a more moderate set-up to help get into boost quicker.
