No need for a pump at all. Feed comes off of the plate above the oil filter and drains back in the pan. Mine ended up making 607rwhp and 610rwtq. Need to go return fuel set up and it will grow from there!

This is what I'll be using for the oil feed along a -3 or -4 stainless braided line with AN fittings and -10 for the drain, I'll tap the oil pan.

I'm probably going to run the LPE one that allows me to run an oil cooler as well. I want to keep this as reliable as possible

What forged rods/pistons do you have? I'm thinking about throwing in forged pistons and rod's in the future so I can make bigger power reliably, but what all does it involve? How much did it cost you to have the cylinders bored for the new pistons and all?

A couple of years back I got my 00 ls1 bored to 3.903 and got wiseco pistons for about 600 and scat I rods for about 400, used oem crank(which is supposed to hold up to 750hp), akerly and childs piston rings for about 150-180. New cam, main and rod bearings (you should be able to get them for about 250). I got my engine bored to 3.903 at a friends shop for about 100 dls, I assembled everything else at home. So thats about 1550 dls.

I also got new Cometic Gaskets for about 160 the pair from SDPC, 317 heads ported with new valves and seats plus comp cams 321 valvetrain, new seals, arp head studs. I also got arp main studs and arp rod bolts.

I would at least get arp rod bolts and arp head bolts/studs for a turbo setup, but thats just me.

I dont expect my engine to live forever, but hope it holds a decent amount of power. BTW my CR is 9.0:1

Cheers!!

I dont have them yet but im getting Weiscos for $760 with rings and Compstar rods for like $590. Machine work is $923.00 --that price includes Align boring with ARP main studs, decking, cam bearings and installing Cam bearings and Boring and Honing. so like $2400 and then ill really be able to lean on it. The block came from a motor that spun a rod bearing so most of this didnt NEED to be done but i dont want to have to worry so im doing everything fresh.

PT 7675
Tnetics Evolution WG
Tial BOV
LSA heads
LS9 cam/head gaskets
Stock GM internals 6.x
D&D viper spec t56 (considering a TH400 swap)

Take out carpet padding/back seats
Car is driven around on 9 psi. Thinking of E85 just for extra insurance even though it isnt needed.

I'm with you. Springing for a 4l80 with my tax return the piecing together the fuel system after that. I want a fuel system that will support 1krwhp so it won't be cheap

Gotta pay to play.

Plan is

Hopefully a 7675, might just get a TC78 though.
Tial BOV
Not sure on wastegate yet.
Backed by a TH350 w/ a 3200 convertor
Stock 10 bolt with 3.23s

Going in my LS1/4L60E swapped 96Z28. LS1/4L60E combo is being pulled Nd sold. Gunna delete everything i don't need nd clean up the engine bay. Shooting for under 3400 race weight for now.

My biggest problem is my stock 4l60e lol. I can't decide if I want to run meth or not either... I have been looking at the stage 1 snow performance 50/50 meth kit. If it will keep my motor alive I will def consider it.

Also I added up the total cost I think I'll have in my kit

Truck manifolds-$80
C6 manifolds-$130
XSpower BV-Free
Oil feed and drain-90
Oil distribution block-$70
Pusher Fans-$260
Misc-$200
Kit-1650
Turbo/WG-$890
So this is just about $3400 total for the complete kit everything needed correct? Do you guys see anything else I will need?

Gauges, good tune, transmission and rear end soon. And whatever motor upgrades depending on the power your pushing.
All I can think of atm!

Ahhh good ones.. What gagues will I need? I already have an A/F gauge. So I'll need a boost gauge and what else? And the tune I already have unlimited free tunes from my tuner so I'm set there also. I'm sure that transmission will not last me long also lol! My goal is really only about 480hp to start on stock tranny so hopefully it will last awhile, but once the built tranny goes in I'd like to up it to around 530 or so. And I'm also already good on fuel system cuz I have the Racetronix pump with hotwire wich is good to 600rwhp +.
