lol, these guys giving you crap about being mad must have never spent big bucks on drivetrains. When you spend big bucks on your drivetrain then it craps out I can see that being very frustrating, and when you buy from these guys you have the right to voice your frustrations. Maybe they're parking lot pimps, spent big money on their engines but just use them too look cool at car shows or to impress people when they list their mods. I've never spent big money on a drivetrain, but I know if something crapped out right after I put it in I'd be one pissed off person and demanding some answers as well. Hopefully you get all the kinks worked out quickly.

Yeah we have maxed these out. TRIPLE TRIPLE!!! Andy I will say you have one kick *** product, the quality and directions that came with the pump a long with the harness was A++. I will recommend you to anyone even if I have to bump to a fuel cell external pump setup. Nothing but good things to say about your product.

That sucks about the short block AND the th400 giving you problems. I don't blame you, I would be PISSED to spend that kind of coin and still have problems. Did you ever hear back from PTC what the problem may have been with the th400? Have you talked to AES about the problem with your short block?

Ha the PTC trans....yeah dont get me going on that. I would rather not post the turn out on that. I will cool down for a few more days before I call PTC back to tell them what I found out. As far as AES goes I called them yesterday a few times and finaly got an answer. I am sure they are busy with racing season starting up. He said if I had the motor taken out of the car and shipped to them this weekend that they could have it done by May. Kind of sucks because I have the KC2K13 meet that I am putting on here in Kansas City and I wont even have a good running car for it. I still have to drive the car and learn the setup. At this point I wish I would have went with a junk yard short block instead of spending $6,500 on a built SHORTBLOCK that lasted a couple weeks. I will probably end up having to spend another $1,000-$1,500 to have it fixed locally to have my car back running in a couple weeks. I know the local shop built the motor in Red Dragons truck with the same parts that are in my motor. Its lasted over 15k miles at 1000+hp. I am done dealing with out of state vendors on major items. I am sticking to local guys from now on. Makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it.

Good luck with your car.

I feel your pain Stangkiller. I had to switch shops last summer...took 5 months to get the car back on the road after my engine failure. When I did, the 4L60E took another crap. But fortunately the local shop warrantied the work and presto. The car was finally back on the road a week later. I won't go out of state on big jobs either. Makes life a ton more easier. Hope you get it back on the road soon. The weather is starting to change.

Car looked great at the Omni, very clean setup. Sucks to hear about the motor being hurt. I was talking to your buddy that owns the red dragon truck when he found out his rocker bolt broke, I guess he was able to find a replacement. Both vehicles looked awesome.
