Lol, same here. While I was waiting 6 months for my truck manifold hotside, he built a completely one-off header kit for the Ohio Boys in no time. I wasn't happy at the time. I actually did say something about it in a Modular Turbo thread but my posts were deleted & I was warned by a mod not to start business arguments in sponsors threads.

You guys need to get serious and file a claim with the Kentucky Attorney General, until you do you haven't legally said there is a issue with services and products not received. It needs to be everyone otherwise you could be left out of any action taken by the AG, plus there could be many other charges like interstate fraud, possibly mail fraud, wire fraud, etc.
Plus LLC's are only good if you keep your business and personal separate, very hard to do on a one man operation. Many states if the AG proves that funds and property are not kept separate they will seize personal assets.

I know there are people out there who will bad mouth a shop for really no reason and that can be detrimental on a public forum but at that point, as a shop, you need to let the good out weigh the bad. Clearly it LS1tech's member were given a false image of this business.

He probly knows any Insurance company in the world on a claim that big is going to do its own internal investigation, probably much more thorough than the cops did. (if the cops ever did one at all, ie if they even were called.)

Bullshyt!! The man sized thing to have done, was to call all the customers and have them come get their parts/cars/whatever. Telling them to get in touch w/ a 3rd party is NOT RIGHT! Just another way to avoid direct contact.
Glad I do my own fab work...Too many a$$holes dealing nonsense to the car community.

I think that the policy of LS1TECH to not allow criticism of sponsors is a GREAT disservice to members of the forums. This needs to be changed. Complete bullshit that the propaganda machine is allowed to continue until the 11th hour when it is too late. Shame on you internetbrands.
