This bloke is a con man and he will get away with this again unless those people that were ripped off by him make a stand and take legal action against him.

Sooner or later this thread will be forgotten about or deleted for some reason and there will be no record of his fraudulent business transactions and he will be free to do it again.

If you are a victim of this blokes crime the only way to resolve this issue is to stand up for your self and make him pay where it hurts him ($$$$)

Something to be carefully of is that he does not reverse the cards and convince the legal system that he is a victim of deformation, this happens regularly and the victim then becomes the perpetrator.

I know it sounds wrong and it sucks but that's the reality of it and the only people that can put a stop to his fraudulent buisiness activities and make him pay is the people that were ripped off.

Craig382ci - Whilst it does sound that you've got a few bits and pieces back in the car, however, I'd like to offer what little help I can. I see in that hell hole you lost your FAST 102 gear ... I've got a complete LS1 intake here if you need it. Throttle Body (Cable Driven), LS6 Manifold, Stock Fuel Rails and Stock Injectors. They're used obviously. Please note, there's no cable in the set, that's still on my car!. It's a public holiday here on Monday as it's Australia Day, however I feel I could post as soon as Tuesday / Wednesday. I'm unsure if they're needed, but the offer is there, and I don't want anything for them.

Here in Mexico when someone pulls that kind of stuff, no, it does not end up in a ditch, well unless you owe money to the wrong people, but usually, you can hire a group of guys that will follow the guy EVERYWHERE with posters and songs about the story...

For the guys who posted that the cops will not do anything, maybe you are not reporting it correctly to them. What I am reading here sounds like Theft by Deception.
