the s500 is 99mm exhaust outlet, the s480 measured around 87mm outlet.

Oh wow, yeah the diameter of that thing is much larger around than the S480 by the looks of it. It is an odd shape too.

got the bw on. made a couple of test hits on it. car should do work.

with 20psi of co2 on the gate with the gt91 i got 15psi boost. with 20psi on the gate with the bw i got 19psi.

Sounds like you reduced backpressure a good bit.

The fact that he is making more boost with the same pressure on the wastegate. The higher the backpressure, the more pressure you need to put on the gate to make the same amount of boost.

two weeks i will take it to my local track to make a few 1/8 mile hits. if all is good. i will drag it 2hrs down the road to a much better track to see if i can get better than an 8.81

Badass man I'm glad to see you went with the s500 series, I believe they have a 110 or 111 mm induecer turbine wheel. How does it spool compared to the gt91?

its just a little slower than the gt91. but when it comes on it comes on hard. not like the gt91. i think i can work the tune and have it spool faster.

Full 28 degrees of timing till 5 psi. Run it .3 to .4 leaner then pour the fuel to it and richen it up.

I fully expect an 8.64 or better outta you by May. Lol
