I'm pretty happy with it now that I don't have to cringe everytime the front scrubbed the inner fenders.....It was actually scarey on the highway since it would pull to the side when one tire would touch. I'll love it even more with a nice little 5.3 and a bit of boost....If I can ever find a decent motor that is.

Looks good. I hope these springs don't settle a ton. I'm going to put the spacers in the front of mine to raise it a little more. I need all the room I can get under the truck for the intercooler pipe.

The turbo will be a front mount. Had to take the 5% tint off the sides cause it was a tad too dark for my taste. Not to mention a cop magnet around here. I plan to get 20-35% put back on at some point

im with ya. yea imho anything darker than 20 is just so you can say hey look what i got!.understand about the cop thing as well. so with a front mount your no doubt gonna have alot more underhood heat. what are you going to do for cooling? fans/radiator?

Just going to use the 4.3 radiator and some fans from a Intrepid. Also everything will be wrapped and the turbo will have a blanket...... Try to keep the heat where it's supposed to be

Decided to see if my Street Lites that I had on my T/A would fit the s10. To my suprise the rears fit! These are a 10x15 wheel with 4.5" backspace. Couldn't run it like this unless I cut the fender lip off, but it looks so damn cool!!! What do you guys think?

Looks great! Roll those fenders.
If you want to raise the front up some more AND gain some improved handling characteristics Howe makes some tall lower ball joints. It will increase the ride height by about 1/2" in the front and reduce understeer and decrease tire wear when cornering hard. It's basically improving the camber curve.

Stay with the 4.5 BS. The leaf spring is the issue there.. If they make a 15x9 w/4.5 BS that would be the shiznit..... Im building on to and have built several SBC S10's/Blazer's

Thanks for the info on the ball joints...I'll look into that
I had over an inch of clearance on the inside with 325/50/15's. A 10 inch wheel with 5.5" backspace should clear with a 275 tire without issue. But I am leaning towards an 8" wheel so there won't be any question that it would fit.
